When were you a large appliance installer?? Also, I love your multi-use den (tv and drying socks)!
I am pretty sure I worked with Alan Niskala more than once. Not nearly as much free babysitting I did for him. My "den" is all of the space underneath my bed. Cramped quarters, but it gets the job done.
